Technical Program Manager 5 - Content & Studio Engineering

Netflix is a leading entertainment service with over 300 million paid memberships worldwide, offering TV series, films, and games across various genres and languages. The Content & Business Products (CBP) teams build products to optimize and automate the content creation lifecycle from concept through global launch, supporting departments like Finance, Talent, and Customer Support. The Content & Studio Engineering team delivers infrastructure and workflow solutions for content production, including media management, scheduling releases, and post-production, while pioneering workflows with Generative AI.

• 7+ years of technical program management experience.
• Domain experience in Studio Technology Infrastructure, Media Production Pipelines, or Generative AI/Machine Learning Platform delivery.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale software and infrastructure projects with long-term scalable solutions.
• Deep understanding of applying Generative AI/ML to creative and production workflows.
• Experience coordinating multiple complex programs and building cross-functional partnerships.
• Ability to identify solution gaps, evaluate technical approaches, and balance product vs. technology tradeoffs.
• Effective written and verbal communication tailored to various audiences.
• Ability to independently drive progress on new or undefined initiatives.
• Experience working across globally distributed teams including US and European time zones.

Nice to have:

• Experience with large-scale data migration, cloud infrastructure (AWS, CoreWeave, GCP), and high-performance computing/rendering environments.

• Lead multiple complex, cross-functional technical programs on studio infrastructure, including hardware provisioning and cloud tenant setup.
• Provide domain expertise to develop technical strategies for migrating and modernizing production environments.
• Manage technical integration of third-party creative and infrastructure software onto corporate platforms.
• Scope and lead execution of Generative AI/ML initiatives with engineering and data science partners.
• Engage with cross-functional partners to decompose requirements into technical plans and manage risks for Day 1 readiness.
• Communicate progress and translate technical challenges into business implications for stakeholders and leadership.
