As a Quality Consultant at Veeva Systems, you will support customers using the Veeva Quality suite by understanding business processes, configuring software, and providing guidance. The role involves collaborating with customers and internal teams, including product management, to meet industry needs and improve delivery models. This position is remote and full-time, requiring strong communication skills and adaptability to new technologies.

Wymagania

Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, preferably content management software or exposure to Quality Management in Life Sciences.
Experience in consulting or customer-facing roles managing customer expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently with clients, comprehend and translate business requirements into solution designs.
At least a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.
Legal authorization to be employed in Europe; no visa sponsorship provided.

Nice to have:

Proficiency in additional European language(s).

Obowiązki

Implement new features within the Veeva Quality suite for Life Sciences companies.
Configure Vault applications, including workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, notifications.
Work closely with customer's business and IT staff to understand requirements and help achieve their business goals.
Act as a liaison between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva product teams.
Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs.
Drive change management methodology for customers switching from on-premise to SaaS solutions.
Assist with Quality processes such as documents, Quality Events, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, and Training.
