Technical Consultant - Quality Systems

• Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions, preferably content management software or exposure to Quality Management in Life Sciences.
• Experience in consulting or customer-facing roles managing customer expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently with clients, comprehend and translate business requirements into solution designs.
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• Legal authorization to be employed in Europe; no visa sponsorship provided.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in additional European language(s).

• Implement new features within the Veeva Quality suite for Life Sciences companies.
• Configure Vault applications, including workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, notifications.
• Work closely with customer's business and IT staff to understand requirements and help achieve their business goals.
• Act as a liaison between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva product teams.
• Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs.
• Drive change management methodology for customers switching from on-premise to SaaS solutions.
• Assist with Quality processes such as documents, Quality Events, CAPAs, Deviations, Change Control, Audits, and Training.
