DevOps Engineer (Platform Team)

• 5+ years experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud Infrastructure.
• Hands-on production experience with AWS and/or GCP.
• Strong commercial experience with large-scale Kubernetes clusters (10k+ vCPU).
• Proficient in Python coding with commercial software engineering experience.
• Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Familiarity with ArgoCD or GitOps-based deployment approaches.
• Experience supporting production cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with CI/CD, build, and deployment automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Designing, migrating, and modernizing Kubernetes manifests aligned with centralized tooling and ArgoCD architecture.
• Leading the upgrade and maintenance of core platform components such as cert-manager, external-dns, and Kyverno to ensure system stability and performance.
• Identifying and closing monitoring and alerting gaps to enhance platform observability using Victoria metrics, logs, and Grafana.
• Providing expert engineering support for continuous upkeep and expansion of application platforms.
• Resolving engineering operational tickets to ensure timely support for internal teams.
