• Fluent in English
• Completed studies in Information Technology or a related field
• Strong IT background
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, and Copilot Studio
• Experience developing canvas apps and model-driven apps
• Experience with Power Platform Admin Center, including environment management, monitoring, and DLP configuration
• Knowledge of programming principles and object-oriented programming
• Experience working with databases such as Dataverse, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB
• Understanding of version control, automated deployment, and testing concepts
• Basic knowledge of SSO technologies such as NTLM, Kerberos, and OAuth
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies

Nice to have:

• Interest in AI, machine learning, chatbots, virtual assistants, or robotics
• Experience with Python or R
• Experience working in agile environments

• Develop and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, and Copilot Studio
• Gather and translate business requirements into digital solutions
• Administer and support the Microsoft Power Platform environment
• Integrate technical solutions with business processes and existing systems
• Support all phases of the solution lifecycle: design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to drive digitalization initiatives
