Business Analyst (WMS)

Inter Cars S.A. is hiring a Business Analyst to support the development and maintenance of IT systems that support logistics processes within the organization, focusing on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing, implementing, or developing warehouse and logistics processes
• Practical knowledge of warehouse processes
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good organization and ability to cooperate with various stakeholder groups
• Willingness for occasional business trips abroad

Nice to have:

• Experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst
• Knowledge of business process modeling using BPMN 2.0
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
• Experience working with process modeling tools (e.g., Adonis)
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and computer networks

• Analyze, collect, and document business requirements
• Model and improve logistics processes using BPMN 2.0
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to identify business needs
• Participate in designing, implementing, and developing WMS solutions
• Prepare and maintain project and process documentation
• Prepare test scenarios and acceptance criteria, and participate in acceptance testing
• Support users in solving current problems and system operation
• Maintain and develop systems supporting logistics processes
