Business & System Analyst

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business and system analysis
• Experience working with web applications
• Knowledge of UML
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, OpenAPI, and Kafka
• Knowledge of relational databases
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Ability to prepare analysis documentation
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Java, Angular, and SQL
• Experience with Enterprise Architect, Jira, Confluence
• Experience in the banking or financial sector

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Analyze, design and document application functionalities
• Prepare business and system analysis documentation as well as as-built documentation
• Design integrations between applications and bank services or external providers
• Analyze and document interfaces and data flows
• Cooperate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, integration specialists, and other team members
• Support the development team during the implementation of solutions
• Participate in the team's work in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Ensure the quality and compliance of designed solutions with applicable standards
