Arla is hiring for a Head of IT Product, HR, to lead digital solutions shaping the employee experience. The role involves providing strategic and operational leadership in a critical HR product area, collaborating with senior HR and IT stakeholders, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the HR IT product area, ensuring alignment with business objectives, people strategy, and long-term value creation.

• Drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery of business outcomes while maintaining high standards of operational performance and service excellence.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
