• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Higher or secondary technical education preferred (telecommunications, teleinformatics, IT, electronics)
• Good knowledge of new IT solutions related to security, infrastructure, and applications/technologies such as Exchange, Teams, VPN, LAN, Active Directory, Intune, Omnissa
• Familiarity with MS tools and Office 365
• Knowledge of operating systems Windows / iOS
• High communication skills focused on internal customer service and teamwork
• English language proficiency sufficient to use technical documentation
• Valid driving license category B

• Analyzing system requirements and creating and maintaining technical documentation specifications
• Administering Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange SE on-premises, Jira, ITManager
• Handling direct and remote incident, service request, and problem tickets
• Providing technical support for software and computer hardware; diagnosing and resolving user-reported issues
• Installing and configuring computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Installing and configuring mobile devices (Android / Apple)
• Installing and configuring Microsoft client systems
• Ensuring continuous availability of user work, IT systems, applications, infrastructure components, and IT services
• Collaborating with external specialists and suppliers during installation, configuration, and repair work
• Monitoring and maintaining user support systems
• Cooperating with other teams to solve more complex problems
• Operating systems related to IT security of mobile devices
• Purchasing and distribution of low-budget IT equipment
