• 5+ years of development experience in Go
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Higher education in Computer Science
• Extensive experience working with AI and implementing/configuring it within a team
• Experience in fintech and banking domains with complex integrations
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Go
• Experience in system design for high performance and maintainability
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines
• Advanced English language skills

• Designing and evolving scalable distributed systems in Go
• Collaborating with Product Managers to refine business goals into technical plans and delivery roadmaps
• Anticipating edge cases, risks, and technical constraints early in planning
• Representing the engineering team in meetings with external stakeholders, explaining technical topics clearly
• Leading and performing code reviews for senior engineers, ensuring code quality and reliability
• Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes
