EDI Project Manager

Aperam is a world-leading stainless steel company active in stainless, electrical, and specialty steel production with a global presence and a workforce of 10,700 employees. The company emphasizes sustainability and circular economy practices, including a Recycling and Renewables segment utilizing scrap metal and renewable charcoal in production processes.

• Master's degree in engineering, project management, IT, business analysis, or related field
• Strong technical knowledge of EDI
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in English (required); knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage
• Ability to work in agile mode with a team and EDI subcontractor
• Experience with SAP is an asset
• Knowledge of project management, business analysis, and change management

• Lead projects implementing new EDI flows with clients
• Organize projects with stakeholders, review business processes, and design target messages
• Design and approve implemented solutions, manage change
• Manage EDI integration evolutions including process analysis, business requirements gathering, and solution proposals
• Prepare functional specifications for IT and suppliers, conduct acceptance tests, manage deployment, and train users
• Provide functional support for EDI integration, identify error causes, cooperate with IT support and client IT teams on incident handling
• Work in a hybrid model: 3 months full office then 2 days remote and 3 days office with flexible start hours
