Product Management Director – Soft FM & Estates

Must have:

• 5+ years in product management, ideally 3+ in B2B SaaS.
• At least 2 years leading a team as a people manager.
• Experience leading change, restructuring, or post-acquisition integration.
• Demonstrable experience applying AI within product development.
• Proven track record leading product discovery and validated roadmaps.
• Strong commercial awareness partnering with Sales.
• Data fluency in defining metrics and querying analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• English proficiency at C1 or above.

Nice to have:

• Experience with empowered product trios with engineering and design.
• Experience in healthcare (ideally UK NHS), public sector, or government-related markets.
• Familiarity with platform or multi-product portfolio environments.
• Experience integrating acquired products into a single platform.
• Knowledge of Polish or German alongside English.

People Leadership & Team Development:

• Manage and develop the Product Managers.
• Own hiring, onboarding, mentorship, feedback, coaching, evaluations, promotions, and exits.
• Foster a high-performing product culture based on customer empathy, data-driven decisions, and outcomes.
• Manage staffing and resource allocation across the suite.
• Lead the team through change, including new ways of working and product consolidation.

Product Discovery & Strategy:

• Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business and market needs.
• Decide where to invest and where to hold initiatives.
• Align closely with Sales to support revenue growth.
• Resolve ambiguities and dependencies impacting discovery quality and speed.

Product Management Best Practices & Standards:

• Promote continuous discovery, outcome-based roadmapping, and hypothesis-driven development.
• Ensure validation of assumptions through user research, experimentation, and data analysis.
• Improve requirements quality, stakeholder communication, prioritization, and release planning.
• Cooperate with the Chief Architect and Engineering Managers for technical feasibility.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered tools and analytics.

Collaboration & Cross-Company Coordination:

• Coordinate product strategy with go-to-market plans and revenue goals.
• Represent the company at external events and industry forums.
• Maintain alignment and knowledge sharing across the Group.
