Graduate Programme 2027: Technology Services Specialist (IT Systems Engineer)

• Predicted or achieved 2:1 degree or equivalent grade
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, cybersecurity, or another relevant STEM subject
• Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
• Passion for IT systems, endpoint management, automation, or enterprise technology
• Experience with scripting or programming through coursework, projects, or internships (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Solid problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Proactive, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Full-time availability from early or late 2027
• Ability to travel to a Revolut office in country of employment
• Willingness to attend office at least 3 days per week (hybrid role)

• Support management and automation of enterprise device platforms across macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and mobile devices
• Deploy software, configure devices, and improve employee onboarding experience
• Monitor device health, security, and compliance, supporting improvements across the global fleet
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with teams to resolve endpoint and systems challenges
• Develop scripts and automation to streamline IT operations and improve internal processes
• Support security initiatives by maintaining device standards and best practices
• Work with experienced engineers to build scalable solutions that improve technology experiences worldwide
