Wymagania

At least 4 years of commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Minimum 1 year in a leadership role such as Tech Lead or Architect.
Hands-on experience with Apex (Triggers, Batch, Async Apex) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with REST and SOAP web services integrations.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and clean code principles.
Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience estimating efforts and identifying risks.
Readiness to travel and ability to work in the European Union.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with OmniStudio components or willingness to quickly learn based on Apex/LWC foundation.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer/Consultant, Application/System Architect.
Experience from consulting companies or financial services.
Proactive approach to self-development.

Obowiązki

Design and build solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud using Salesforce Industries / OmniStudio tools such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors for insurance clients.
Lead the design of IT solutions considering architecture and constraints.
Act as an advisor and sparring partner for clients.
Independently lead project teams, ensuring timely task completion and quality standards.
Conduct regular code reviews and help enforce coding standards.
Monitor project scope compliance, promote best practices, and share knowledge across teams.
Create technical documentation including BPMN and UML diagrams.
Work directly with clients as part of agile project teams.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to extend engagements.
