Technical Product Owner (TPO) / Data Engineer

Itransition is a company working with clients such as PayPal, Wargaming, Xerox, Philips, Adidas, and Toyota, focusing on projects in data engineering and analytics domains.

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, System Analyst, Business Analyst or similar technical role
• Experience with data-intensive systems, data platforms, data pipelines, or data engineering teams
• Understanding of system architecture and data architecture
• Understanding of data flows, data processing, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and system integrations
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases
• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing technical and data-related requirements
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and data requirements
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Experience working closely with Data Engineers, Developers, Product Managers, and other technical stakeholders
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, including data flows, UML/BPMN diagrams, system specifications, and process documentation
• Hands-on experience with system integrations (REST API, message brokers, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence

Nice to have:

• Experience in a Data Engineering / Analytics / BI environment
• Knowledge of data warehouses, data lakes, or cloud data platforms
• Agile methodology certification

• Take ownership of requirements management for complex data systems
• Serve as a bridge between business and development teams
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage technical and data-related requirements
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and data requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation including data flows, UML/BPMN diagrams, system specifications, and process documentation
• Work closely with Data Engineers, Developers, Product Managers, and other technical stakeholders
• Manage system integrations including REST API and message brokers
• Utilize Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
