Senior Salesforce Developer

We produce globally recognized brands and operate in approximately 70 countries worldwide. Our portfolio includes trusted brands such as Always®, Ariel®, Gillette®, Head & Shoulders®, Herbal Essences®, Oral-B®, Pampers®, Pantene®, and Tampax®.

• Solid experience with the Salesforce ecosystem including Apex, LWC, and integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation of build, test, and deployment.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Clear and effective technical communication skills.
• Knowledge of Veeva and AI tools is a plus.

• Take ownership of the Health Care CRM by building new features and enhancing capabilities.
• Contribute to the evaluation and development of technologies for next-generation architecture.
• Embed software engineering best practices including code reviews.
• Deliver new products and features to improve the experience for sales, brand, and marketing teams.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code.
• Contribute to architecture and optimization of the CRM platform, including integration and migration planning.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, observability, and release management.
• Participate in technical design discussions and lead code reviews.
