Senior Fullstack Developer - AI Sales Assistant

Procter & Gamble is offering a position located in Warszawa with hybrid work schedule (3 days office, 2 days remote). The role involves working on large projects with access to world-leading IT partners and technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven software development experience emphasizing quality and timely delivery.
• Expert in advanced Python programming, design patterns, and performant APIs with FastAPI.
• Highly proficient in advanced Next.js development.
• Proficient in leveraging metadata for governance of transactional databases including schema, data lineage, and metrics.
• Experienced in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and deploying solutions on Azure.
• Working knowledge of data engineering principles, Agentic Application Architecture, AI, and ML concepts with related frameworks.
• Preferred certification: Azure Developer or Google Cloud Engineer Professional.

• Translate system requirements and user stories into a robust supportable design of code for the product or application.
• Develop and test code to ensure it functions as designed.
• Implement code across the software development life cycle with preference for CI/CD tooling for deployment and integration.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations teams, AI engineers, and Data Scientists for integrated systems and services.
• Participate in architecture design of the application where appropriate.
