Delivery Leader – Insights & Data / Master Data Services

• 8–12+ years experience in Data Management, Master Data Governance, ERP system integration, or Enterprise Data Delivery.
• Experience managing teams.
• Practical experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and Data Integration.
• Experience with SAP environments and enterprise-class ERP ecosystems.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and middleware platforms such as Boomi, SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Informatica, or equivalent.
• Experience leading technical delivery teams in managed services, outsourcing, or enterprise-scale service organizations.
• Ability to combine technical leadership with active involvement in delivery activities.
• Experience managing relationships with key stakeholders, including director-level.
• Knowledge of enterprise data architecture and integration models between systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Practical knowledge of English at minimum C1 level for daily written and oral communication with English-speaking clients and colleagues.

Nice to have:

• Experience in FMCG / Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
• SAP Master Data Governance certification or significant practical experience in SAP MDG projects.
• Experience with Enterprise Data Governance frameworks and operating models.
• Participation in large ERP transformation, migration, or integration programs.
• Experience in solution architecture and preparation of technical proposals.
• Knowledge of good data management practices, metadata management, and Data Governance processes.
• Experience with one or more of the following: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP MDG, SAP Integration Suite, Boomi, Informatica MDM, MuleSoft, Azure Data Services, Enterprise Data Warehousing, Data Governance and Data Quality platforms.

• Lead delivery activities in the area of Insights & Data / Master Data Services.
• Act as the main delivery contact for business and technical stakeholders at the director level.
• Manage and coordinate globally distributed delivery teams and service providers.
• Provide practical leadership in Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Integration initiatives.
• Oversee comprehensive master data management processes in enterprise applications and ERP systems.
• Ensure quality, consistency, proper management, and compliance of data across the application environment.
• Lead integration activities between ERP systems, middleware platforms, and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure service delivery according to agreed SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and governance requirements.
• Support problem resolution, risk management, and escalation handling.
• Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, and preparation of technical proposals.
• Support knowledge transfer, transition activities, and long-term team competence development.
• Collaborate with architects, technical leaders, developers, and business stakeholders on strategic data initiatives.
