Wymagania
- Fluent English proficiency
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, or platform engineering, preferably in cloud environments
- Proven ability to deliver production-grade enterprise solutions
- Strong understanding of software engineering, data engineering, and modern cloud development practices
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Knowledge of software quality attributes including security, scalability, reliability, performance, and observability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, analysts, and data scientists
- Proactive and ownership-driven working style
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence technical decisions and standards
- Comfortable working in an international environment
Obowiązki
- Develop production-quality software and services beyond isolated analytics and AI prototypes
- Build and integrate APIs and services such as streamlit, react, and PowerBI applications
- Use Python, PySpark, and SQL for scalable processing and analytical workloads
- Develop solutions using Azure Cloud and Databricks, including storage, compute, orchestration, and AI services
- Integrate AI/ML and GenAI capabilities such as Azure OpenAI and Azure Machine Learning
- Own DevOps and CI/CD processes including automated build, test, deployment, and configuration
- Apply containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes/AKS where appropriate
- Engineer solutions optimizing performance, scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency
- Ensure data quality, security, governance, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor production workloads, troubleshoot incidents, and improve operational stability
- Collaborate with business owners, analysts, data scientists, architects, software engineers, and DevOps teams
- Contribute to architectural decisions, engineering standards, code reviews, and reusable components
