Data Engineer

PKO BP Finat is a company providing services for the bank PKO BP.

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Data Engineer, preferably in a high data volume sector.
• Experience in designing and modeling data structures (data warehouses, DataLakes) for advanced analytics and Real-Time or Near Real-Time systems.
• Experience handling environments processing very large data volumes.
• Ability to build optimal structures for 360-degree customer profiles (Customer Golden Record), behavioral aggregates, and model features (Feature Stores).
• Practical experience integrating analytical systems with operational ones, such as linking decision/recommendation engines with Campaign Management platforms.
• Experience building and maintaining stable ETL/ELT data pipelines supporting CRM campaigns, both batch and event-triggered.
• Understanding of CRM data specifics (marketing consents, contact history, opt-outs).
• Proficient knowledge of SQL and experience optimizing queries.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, with emphasis on Google Cloud.
• Experience with Big Data technologies for processing huge data volumes.
• Practical knowledge of modern data storage formats optimized for analytics.
• Experience with process orchestration tools.

Nice to have:

• Experience with migrations and knowledge of CRM solution architectures such as Pega, Salesforce, SAS, Adobe.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Design, build, and optimize data structures for Real-Time Decisioning, recommendation engines, and Next Best Action / Next Best Activity systems within CRM.
• Create optimized data structures for 360-degree customer profiles and reporting needs.
• Design and build interfaces and connections with systems outside the CRM ecosystem in collaboration with bank units.
• Implement data quality control and validation mechanisms.
