• 6–7 years of experience supporting Contact Center infrastructure.
• Very good knowledge of Genesys Cloud SIP.
• Experience with Genesys Engage.
• Knowledge of Oracle SBC (Session Border Controller).
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager.
• Knowledge of Cloud Contact Center solutions.
• Experience with data networking and carrier networks.
• Practical knowledge of Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes / ITIL.
• Experience troubleshooting production environments.
• Ability to cooperate with vendors, L3 teams, and end users.
• Very good command of English.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Cisco, IVR, Dialer, Nuance, Splunk, and Oracle SBC.
• Industry certifications.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3+.
• Experience in Agile or large international IT environments.

• Supporting production infrastructure and services of the Contact Center.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical incidents.
• Restoring service operation according to established SLA.
• Monitoring availability, performance, and capacity of the environment.
• Troubleshooting environment of Genesys Cloud / Genesys Engage.
• Supporting and handling SIP and Oracle SBC.
• Collaborating with Incident Management and L3 teams.
• Coordinating escalations with external vendors.
• Analyzing problems and implementing improvements.
• Creating documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Sharing knowledge and supporting less experienced team members.
