Wymagania
- Fluency in English at C1 level
- 10+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst or related role
- Experience in IAM Systems, preferably with One Identity or related areas in IGA/IAM domain
- Completed university degree or comparable qualification in insurance, organization/management, mathematics, business administration, (business) informatics, or related field
- Strong knowledge and experience in solution development processes focused on Requirements Engineering (preferably IREB certified), business and process analysis
- Good understanding of supported application systems, interfaces, relevant business processes and workflows
- Strong ability to analyze and articulate complex issues with solution orientation and organizational skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills in customer-facing environments
- Practical experience with team collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence
- Relevant certifications such as IREB, Scrum, ITIL
Obowiązki
- Translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, backlog items, and solution designs
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, project teams, architects, developers, and external partners
- Promoting continuous improvement and best practices in Requirements Engineering and delivery
- Supporting project planning, time and effort estimation, and scope management
- Owning requirement quality and governance
- Managing senior stakeholders and leading major functional or technical initiatives
- Influencing technical and business decisions
- Coaching and mentoring junior engineers
- Managing requirements traceability, change requests, risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery blockers
- Managing business testing, UAT, and solution validation
- Producing and maintaining business analysis deliverables and documentation
