Senior Databricks Data Engineer

In 2023, it joined Solita, a Finnish tech company with over 2000 specialists, serving clients like NATO, Nokian Tires, and Pfizer. Future Mind provides digital advisory and delivery services within the Solita Group.

• Hands-on experience in at least 2-3 Databricks projects
• Proficiency with Spark and Python
• Ability to drive end-to-end migration programs
• Experience with ADF (Azure Data Factory), Airflow, or similar orchestration tools
• Knowledge of SQL and dimensional data modeling techniques (data vault is a plus)
• Proficient communication skills in Polish (C1) and English (B2)
• Legal right to work in the EU

• Build end-to-end ELT data pipelines on top of a Databricks platform
• Design data models meeting functional and non-functional business requirements
• Maintain holistic platform view including source systems, networking, and orchestration
• Collaborate within project teams to meet client needs and deliver solutions
