IT Project Manager

Devire Outsourcing IT provides cooperation for IT specialists based on B2B contracts, executing projects for clients with innovative and modern projects. The client operates in the financial sector.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role managing large and complex projects.
• Knowledge and practical application of both agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (Waterfall).
• High communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Developed strategic, process, and system thinking; ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Knowledge of facilitation techniques for meetings and workshops at all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with project management and data analysis tools such as Jira, Excel, Power BI, Miro.
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level enabling fluent communication in an international environment.
• Excellent self-organization, responsibility, independence, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Polish (min. C1) and English (min. B2).

• Independently lead complex, multi-domain project initiatives with high interdependencies.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to agree on priorities, scope, and action directions.
• Plan, monitor, and report project progress considering key milestones, budget, and quality.
• Identify, analyze, and actively manage risks.
• Support teams in test preparations and coordinate activities related to testing and deployments.
• Build and maintain effective collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Create and maintain project documentation according to standards.
• Ensure transparent, regular, and adequate project communication.
• Lead and facilitate decision-making meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
