Practice Manager - Low Code & Automation

Transition Technologies MS is expanding its team of consultants and developers specializing in Webcon and Power Platform to meet growing demand for low-code solutions.

• 6+ years in low-code, workflow, or BPM, including 2–3 years as a team leader.
• Experience working in a consulting or software house.
• Managing teams of 5–10 people.
• Documented work experience with at least one tool among Webcon, UiPath, or Power Platform.
• Understanding of integrations at the architecture level: REST API, connectors, M365/SharePoint, ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics).
• Ability to determine boundaries between low-code and high-code approaches and justify decisions.
• Knowledge of design issues including environments, standards, documentation, and maintenance handovers.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Polish language proficiency (B2) and communicative English skills.
• Knowledge of process mining.

Nice to have:

• Ability to conduct basic process mapping (BPMN).

• Build a business line from the Webcon and Power Platform teams with cohesive offers and delivery standards for solutions.
• Conduct initial meetings with business stakeholders along with basic process mapping (BPMN).
• Define project scope, estimation, and defend pricing and valuations.
• Participate in Requests for Proposal (RFP) language and processes.
