• Experienced IT leader with bachelor-level education and 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
• Business fluent in Polish and English languages.
• Entrepreneurial approach and passion for technology with excellent communication skills.
• Team player with a drive to connect to others.
• Strong analytical abilities using data and facts for decision making and minimizing risks.
• Hands-on mentality with ability to solve problems efficiently.
• Experience with Google tools and project management software is nice to have.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Build and lead a team of IT Technicians and Engineers to improve individual and team performance.
• Ensure flawless functioning of IT technical systems and infrastructure in the fulfillment center.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance, IT services, and projects in compliance with Zalando standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with international Warehouse IT team, site teams, partners, and local service providers.
• Serve as the local IT expert and implement a strong local IT service operation considering stakeholder interests.
• Drive continuous innovation by acting as a business consultant on local IT-related projects.
• Travel up to 20% of the time for role requirements.
