Zalando Logistics Operations Polska sp. z o.o., operating in the logistics domain, is seeking a technician to join their Warehouse IT team in Gardno near Szczecin.
Wymagania
- Previous professional experience in first and second level IT support; experience in IT logistics is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of networking and server concepts including TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet, WI-FI, DHCP, DNS, SSH, and Windows Server
- Education in IT or technical fields
- Fluent in Polish and communicative in English
- Experience with data protection and security and familiarity with Linux systems is an additional advantage
- Flexibility to work shifts and rotational on-call duties, including Saturdays
- Availability for rotational on-call type duties
Obowiązki
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related matters
- Provide first and second level support for Windows and Linux systems
- Troubleshoot issues on workstations, including computers, printers, and mobile devices
- Supervise IT infrastructure
- Maintain and implement improvements in IT infrastructure and devices
- Analyze and resolve failures using available tools
