Data Platform Analyst (K/M)

• Experience working with data warehouses, Big Data solutions, and BI tools
• Experience with cloud data platforms or Data Lakehouse solutions; Snowflake experience is a plus
• Very good knowledge of SQL for analysis, verification, and data processing
• Understanding of data processing environment design and development principles and ability to apply them in requirements analysis
• Ability to translate business and technical user needs into system and data process requirements
• Efficient communication with users, business stakeholders, and technical teams
• Independence, responsibility, and openness to development in modern data platforms

Nice to have:

• Experience creating reports in Power BI
• Understanding data needs for ML/AI processes including preparation, quality, availability, feeding, and monitoring correctness of data used in models
• Experience cooperating with advanced analytics/ML teams on defining data sources, mappings, business rules, and data validation criteria
• Awareness of data lifecycle for AI/ML applications, especially regarding source data changes, ETL logic, and Data Mart influence on model result quality
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience working in a financial institution

• Support in building and developing the data model on the data platform
• Analytical and architectural support for data platform developers
• Testing new feeding mechanisms and new sources for the data platform
• Supporting data processing processes on the data platform
• Managing changes on the data platform
• Optimizing platform resources, including managing cost-limiting rules
• Designing and maintaining Data Marts on the data platform
• Supporting data platform users
