Senior ServiceNow Consultant

• Proven track record (12+ years) delivering complex ServiceNow projects across multiple domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices
• Effective communication and leadership skills; mentoring and growing talent
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) are desirable
• Excellent written and verbal English skills (minimum B2 level)

• Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that improve business processes
• Leverage latest platform capabilities to deliver transformative results
• Guide engineers and developers and manage consultancy artefacts in Knowledge Base
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, partners, and clients to translate needs into scalable architectures
• Create and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules
• Set standards for ServiceNow development, integration, governance, quality, security, and performance
• Design for AI and drive AI agenda in ServiceNow projects
• Support marketing activities, campaigns, and events, including organizing Townhalls and Sales Bootcamps
