Full Stack Software Engineer 4/5, Game Lifecycle Engineering

• Proven experience owning complex features from ideation to deployment.
• Expertise in backend development, with familiarity in backend languages like Java, Go, or Python.
• Proficiency in frontend engineering, including deep understanding of state management and building reusable component libraries.
• Comfortable operating and maintaining the software built.
• Ability to master in-house frameworks and services to create high-leverage solutions.
• Curiosity and selflessness to bridge gaps between teams.
• Passion for developer experience and building well-designed, intuitive UIs.
• Experience with AI, AI coding tools, and agents in daily development activities.

• Drive new technical solutions across teams, from system design to deployment.
• Make impact across all layers of the software stack: backend services, insights systems, UI component libraries, documentation, or integration with other applications.
• Revamp and update existing tools and services for integration into developer workflows.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams, product management, and stakeholders to gather insights, identify opportunities, and define solutions.
• Operate in a cross-functional environment to achieve common goals.
• Participate in support and on-call rotation and lead incident reviews.
