Senior SRE (ACDC Platform / Infrastructure Automation)

• Expert hands-on experience with Ansible, including developing playbooks and managing complex configurations.
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools such as Terraform, SaltStack, Chef, and Puppet.
• Advanced Linux engineering and administration skills, with experience in building scalable software and infrastructure.
• Strong background as a Site Reliability Engineer or Software Engineer working with large-scale distributed systems.
• Proven track record in developing automation and internal tools to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience mentoring on SRE practices.

• Architect and build automation solutions using Ansible, creating playbooks, roles, and workflows for enterprise infrastructure.
• Manage and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions with Terraform, Ansible, and SaltStack.
• Design, develop, and operate backend services focused on reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Build proactive observability solutions including monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor for core platform systems and automation best practices.
• Collaborate with software, infrastructure, and platform teams to troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotation.
