NetSuite Systems Engineer -Czechia(contract)

• 3-6 years administering financial or ERP systems, with hands-on experience in NetSuite administration.
• Proficient in configuration, customization, roles, permissions, workflows, and core modules including General Ledger and Advanced Revenue Management.
• Experience designing and implementing custom records, fields, automations, and SuiteFlow workflows.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting processes such as month-end close, reconciliation, accounts payable, and revenue.
• Proven ability to automate repetitive manual tasks using scripting, saved searches, workflow automation, or low-code/iPaaS tools.
• Understanding of system configuration versus integration logic, and ability to determine data source truth.
• Comfortable with SuiteScript, SQL, general scripting, or API automation, and able to understand integrations developed by engineering.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills between finance and engineering teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with FloQast and/or Ramp administration.
• Familiarity with central integration platforms or event-driven environments.
• Usage of AI coding and automation tools.
• Depth in SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.0), RESTlets, or NetSuite web services.

• Own and administer core financial systems: NetSuite, FloQast, and Ramp, including configuration and business logic.
• Identify and automate manual, recurring, or error-prone finance operations like month-end close and procure-to-pay.
• Serve as business-logic and data expert for finance domain, partnering with engineering on system rules and definitions.
• Build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled, observable integration platform.
• Act as dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting, managing vendor onboarding, configuration, and administration.
• Use modern AI tools to draft automations and accelerate routine system work.
