Data & AI Consulting Manager / Senior Manager in Consumer & Retail

• Deep expertise in Consumer & Retail or sustained consulting work with retailers, CPG/FMCG, eCommerce, or wholesale
• Consulting experience including structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication
• Data and AI literacy to define data requirements and translate between business and technical audiences
• End-to-end agile delivery experience from problem framing to adoption
• Fluent in CPG data landscape including syndicated and panel data, retailer POS, portal feeds, and distributor sell-out
• Ability to drive outcomes independently and handle ambiguity

• Shape pursuits and proposals, contributing to presales by defining problems, scoping approaches, and building value narratives
• Lead client discovery workshops with commercial and supply chain leadership
• Build business cases by identifying, prioritising, and sizing data and AI use cases with KPIs and delivery roadmaps
• Own workstream end-to-end, including requirements, backlog, data readiness, governance, and value tracking
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Solution Architects to design scalable solutions
• Produce executive-level materials and present recommendations to leadership
• Focus on pricing & promotions, merchandising & category, customer & growth, demand & supply chain analytics
• Develop GenAI-enabled use cases such as commercial copilots, knowledge agents, and automation of analysis and reporting
