Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python/Node.js, React)

The client is the leading provider of vehicle lifecycle solutions headquartered in Chicago, enabling companies across the automotive industry with advanced mobile, artificial intelligence, and car technologies. Their platform connects insurance companies, repair facilities, parts suppliers, and third-party data and service providers to enhance productivity and consumer experiences.

• Extensive professional expertise in Python/Node.js and proven experience with modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js)
• Ability to design and deliver scalable, high-performance applications with clean, maintainable code
• Experience contributing to system architecture and design, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling
• Deep understanding of API development, microservices, and system integration
• Experience building secure and user-focused web interfaces with attention to UX patterns and best practices
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud services (preferably AWS) and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
• Strong sense of ownership, leadership mindset, and ability to guide other engineers
• Collaborative and proactive problem-solving and communication skills in distributed teams

English Language:

• Upper-Intermediate

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security
• Implement new features and enhancements in a well-tested, maintainable, and efficient way
• Collaborate with Product managers and UX designers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces
• Review, analyze, and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements, driving resolution of issues and bugs
• Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, and system integrations
• Provide technical leadership to the engineering team including guiding design discussions, performing code reviews, and supporting continuous improvement
• Participate in task estimation, prioritization, and planning aligned with engineering processes
