Tech Lead

Polski Standard Płatności S.A. is a company located in Warszawa. The role involves working in a hybrid model with 2 days remote and 3 days office attendance.

• Very good knowledge of Python, capable of reviewing team code and resolving architecture discussions
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a development team or as a tech lead
• Practical experience with at least one public cloud: GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Experience managing IT projects from requirements gathering to deployment
• Knowledge of software development best practices: automated tests, CI/CD, code reviews, version control
• Ability to break down complex problems and drive solutions
• Very good knowledge of English

• Leading a team of 5-6 developers: technical development, feedback, and 1:1 meetings
• Ownership of architecture and code quality in projects mainly using Python
• Planning work, managing backlog and team priorities
• Conducting code reviews, maintaining coding standards, tests, and documentation
• Designing and developing cloud services, primarily on Google Cloud and on-premise
• Collaborating with business to convert requirements into tasks, estimation, and scheduling
• Expanding the team through recruitment and cooperation with outsourcing firms
• Active coding involvement
