Pega Lead Architect (with CLM Expertise)

Nordea is a financial institution focusing on secure and responsible finance. The role is within Group Technology, supporting bank transformation with a holistic technological view and structured understanding. The Technology team is based in Warsaw and 3City, Poland, within the Financial Crime Prevention Service Area, working with Java microservices, the PEGA CLM application, and Cloudera/Hadoop data centers.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega architecture and development.
• Proven expertise in CLM frameworks and related integrations.
• Strong understanding of Pega design principles and implementation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing and engaging stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering complex projects.
• Ability to drive change and foster continuous improvement.
• Pega CLSA certification.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and API management.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of KYC framework in PEGA.
• Residency in 3City, Poland.

• Lead the architecture and design of Pega-based solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive change and innovation within the organization by introducing best practices and modern approaches.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
