Business Analyst with German (Appian / Low-Code)

H2B Group is a consulting company that helps clients automate business processes using AI and supports IT specialists in developing their careers in a B2B model. They offer projects in fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation sectors, working closely with clients to deliver fast and measurable results while providing IT specialists with career growth opportunities.

• Fluent German language skills (mandatory for project communication).
• Residency or tax residence in an EU member state (preferably Hungary or Slovakia).
• Documented experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with projects involving process or workflow automation.
• Understanding and knowledge of Low-Code/No-Code environments.
• Experience working with the platform Appian (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills to understand, document, and plan complex business process migrations.
• Structured, proactive, and fully independent work style, expected of a freelancer/consultant able to manage their own time.

• Identify, map, and migrate existing business processes onto the platform Appian.
• Design and support task automation using Low-Code/No-Code environments.
• Migrate and improve existing proprietary in-house solutions.
• Collect, structure, and create detailed documentation of business and process requirements.

Candidates must reside within the European Union (with particular preference for Hungary or Slovakia). Fluency in German and English is required. Work is fully remote with location in the EU mandatory.
