Senior Solution Architect

Group Technology at Nordea is focused on engineering solutions and guiding the bank's transformation by providing a holistic technological perspective to support the Customer Vision and Business Strategy. The Corporate Account Ledger team works within the International Corporate Branches Technology service domain to shape the future corporate banking platform by identifying optimal technology solutions for customers, products, and account services across multiple markets.

• Extensive experience working as a Solution Architect within banking, financial services, or other large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of application architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise technology landscapes.
• Experience defining target architectures and evaluating technology platforms as part of transformation initiatives.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear architectural options and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with core banking platforms such as T24 or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of corporate banking products, account management, or ledger services.
• Experience with modular, API-driven, or cloud-enabled architectures.

• Assess and compare platform options for future corporate banking capabilities and account ledger services.
• Define target architecture, solution designs, and architectural recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and architecture stakeholders to understand requirements and evaluate options.
• Drive architectural analysis across legacy platforms, integration capabilities, and future-state solutions.
• Support creation of implementation roadmaps and recommendations for corporate banking modernization.
