Lead / Expert IT Architect in Consumer Finance Service Domain

Nordea is a large Nordic bank undergoing transformation with a technology division called Group Technology. The Consumer Finance Service Domain team delivers technology to enhance credit card offerings and consumer lending solutions.

• 10+ years of experience delivering solution architecture, including detailed process, system diagrams, and data modelling
• Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture and governance
• Knowledge of integration technologies and application integration patterns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial services or banking sector, especially retail products
• Knowledge of process automation platforms, specifically Pega
• Experience working with agile methodology (SAFe)

• Lead strategic architectural discussions to reduce complexity, enhance agility, improve cost efficiency, mitigate risks, and strengthen business outcomes
• Ensure understanding of current and future applications and IT infrastructure landscapes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
• Design architecture aligned with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and technology roadmap
• Develop and maintain solution design documentation, including process flows, system architecture diagrams, and data models
• Collaborate with architecture community, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design, standards, and delivery objectives
