Wymagania

10+ years of experience delivering solution architecture, including detailed process, system diagrams, and data modelling
Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture and governance
Knowledge of integration technologies and application integration patterns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have:

Experience in financial services or banking sector, especially retail products
Knowledge of process automation platforms, specifically Pega
Experience working with agile methodology (SAFe)

Obowiązki

Lead strategic architectural discussions to reduce complexity, enhance agility, improve cost efficiency, mitigate risks, and strengthen business outcomes
Ensure understanding of current and future applications and IT infrastructure landscapes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
Design architecture aligned with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and technology roadmap
Develop and maintain solution design documentation, including process flows, system architecture diagrams, and data models
Collaborate with architecture community, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on design, standards, and delivery objectives
