Senior Fullstack Developer (Java)

• Minimum 7 years of commercial experience with strong knowledge of Java.
• Very good knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Very good knowledge of Apache Kafka.
• Very good knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of Angular.
• Experience in designing and developing microservices.
• Experience in designing and implementing REST APIs.
• Experience creating unit and integration tests.
• Ability to use AI tools supporting software development processes.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with minimum 1 day per week from the office.
• Service provision from Poland territory.

• Build and develop systems using microservice and monolithic architecture supporting claims reporting and handling.
• Design, implement, and maintain APIs and integrations between systems.
• Participate in designing system solutions and implementing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Improve business processes by providing efficient and scalable IT solutions.
• Ensure high software quality through development of automated tests, applying good engineering practices, and code quality care.
• Actively use AI tools and Agentic AI approaches in software development, including requirement analysis, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• Perform and participate in code reviews using modern tools supporting code quality and security.
• Participate in scrum events and collaborate within a multidisciplinary agile team.
• Co-create software development standards and AI usage in the software development process.
• Daily collaboration in a team focused on knowledge sharing, continual improvement, and delivering high-quality solutions for large-scale, high-transaction systems.
