Data Annotator for Geospatial / LiDAR project

• Background in GIS, Geodesy, Cartography, Land Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong spatial reasoning and ability to navigate 3D environments
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn from feedback
• PC/laptop with Intel i7-11800H or equivalent/better CPU, dedicated GPU (NVIDIA T1200 or better; RTX 4060 recommended), and minimum 16 GB RAM (32 GB preferred)

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of power grids (poles, transformers, wires) or prior experience with LiDAR data

• Reconstructing 3D power grid networks using point cloud (LiDAR) and map (GIS) data
• Placing 3D objects (poles, lines, conductors) to reflect real-world physical layouts
• Aligning original 2D map data with 3D models
• Labeling high-resolution drone photos to identify grid components and detect structural defects such as equipment damage or wear
