Pega Lead System Architect

Capgemini is a global partner of Pega helping leading organizations with digital transformation using low-code solutions built on the Pega Infinity Platform. The projects include creating digital applications for large European and global clients in industries such as logistics, public sector, and retail, including greenfield implementations and optimization of existing solutions.

• Pega LSA certification
• Minimum 6 years of experience in developing Pega applications with Pega Infinity Platform and Deployment Manager
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting applications using Pega Diagnostics Cloud
• Good command of SQL
• Good client-facing communication skills
• Agile work experience
• Good command of English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Pega strategic applications and/or DX API
• Skills in Java or JavaScript
• Good command of German

• Building Pega applications based on the Infinity Platform or strategic applications
• Acting as expert responsible for technical and functional architecture
• Leading a team of system architects including CSSA and CSA
• Cooperating with Lead Business Architects (LBAs) and clients as a trusted advisor
• Ensuring delivery meets the highest standards and stays updated with Pega latest capabilities
