Project Manager (Finance)

The role is within the Finance Department, involving working alongside Senior Project Managers on large-scale client engagements and managing smaller projects independently.

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, with experience in the finance department considered an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (at least C1 level).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and well-organised with effective workload management.
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in an international business environment.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Microsoft Flow.
• Certification in project management such as PMP or PRINCE2.

• Supporting end-to-end project coordination and PMO activities, including project planning, risk register management, and tracking follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.
• Preparing high-quality project materials such as reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and summaries for both internal teams and external client stakeholders.
• Collaborating closely with Senior Project Managers on large, complex client engagements, providing hands-on support and contributing actively to project success.
• Taking independent ownership of smaller projects, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables from initiation through to completion.
• Maintaining and managing project documentation workflows, ensuring version control, archiving, and accessibility across the project team.
• Acting as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication between internal teams and global clients in a professional and proactive manner.
• Monitoring and updating risk and issue registers, identifying potential blockers early and escalating where appropriate.
• Supporting a dynamic, fast-paced working environment where analytical thinking and creative problem-solving are used daily to navigate challenges.
