Software Engineer

Snowflake's Customer Experience Engineering Team builds internal and external technologies that scale global support and sales organizations by empowering technical experts with advanced tools for complex issue resolution and customer success. The team focuses on software engineering, data-driven decisions, ML, and LLM-based solutions to automate processes and augment technical capabilities.

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• 1+ years of working experience in ML
• Interest in state-of-the-art LLM-based solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Enjoyment of software development and eagerness to learn

• Develop and refine ML models critical to Snowflake's business
• Design metrics and experiments to validate insights
• Implement projects including Java and Python services hosted in Snowflake and Kubernetes
• Collaborate with product management and design teams
• Deliver features requiring coordination with partner teams
• Participate in defining product vision and team planning
• Identify problems, instrument components, and implement solutions
