• Fluent in English
• Strong practical understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery mechanics
• Understanding of insurance industry core processes, products, sales channels, and business models
• Proven experience leading development or delivery teams with direct accountability for deadlines
• Experience in digital/online sales environments such as e-commerce, self-service platforms, or customer-facing digital journeys is advantageous
• Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive communication style
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a service-oriented approach
• Ability to independently manage topics without close supervision
• Strong prioritization and risk management skills
• Proven success leading delivery teams focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Experience managing and developing cross-country teams in a collaborative, performance-driven environment

• Take full accountability for delivery of projects and features by the development team

• Actively manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks throughout the development lifecycle

• Collaborate closely with other teams and stakeholders for smooth execution
