Wymagania

  • Engineering or deeply technical product background preferred (e.g. Software Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, Observability Engineer, Solution Architect, Data/ML Engineer)
  • Experience with enterprise-grade, data-intensive, AI-powered infrastructure, observability, or automation products
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud and distributed systems, event-driven architectures, APIs, data pipelines, telemetry, and AI/ML fundamentals
  • Ability to define functional product architecture, detailed specs, user journeys, non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Strong plus:

  • Experience with observability and event management tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk ITSI, ServiceNow ITOM, PagerDuty, BigPanda, Moogsoft, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry
  • Familiarity with SRE practices and operations value chain
  • Experience designing event correlation, anomaly detection, remediation orchestration, runbook automation, multi-tenant systems
  • Experience with GenAI or agentic-AI products and human-in-the-loop automation
  • Familiarity with ITIL 4 event, incident, problem, and change management
  • Relevant certifications such as SAFe PO/PM, PSPO, SRE, cloud, or engineering certifications

Obowiązki

  • Own end-to-end functional design across event ingestion, correlation, enrichment, anomaly detection, incident intelligence, and remediation orchestration
  • Define and maintain the capability roadmap translating product strategy and SRE needs
  • Lead technical discovery with SREs, operations teams, platform engineers, application owners, and architects
  • Define detailed product requirements including functional specifications, user journeys, integration needs, and acceptance criteria
  • Guide engineering design decisions on APIs, data models, integration, scalability, and security
  • Shape event management and agentic capabilities aligned with leading platforms and emerging patterns
  • Create consistent product experiences with coherent concepts, workflows, and automation patterns
  • Assure functional quality and measurable value linked to MTTD, MTTR, incident reduction, and user satisfaction
