T-Mobile is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Analyst to join the Data Enablement team in Warsaw. The role supports a strategic program migrating data products from existing platforms Oracle and Hadoop to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Data Analyst, System Analyst, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehouses.
• Ability to analyze ETL logic and data modeling.
• Familiarity with the Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and designing analytical models and data marts.
• Experience preparing source-to-target mappings and analytical documentation.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform components such as BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer.
• Experience with data migration or transformation projects is a plus.
• Soft skills: independence, proactivity, end-to-end analysis capability, communication with business and technical teams, good organization and familiarity with technical documentation.

• Analyze existing data solutions and flows in Oracle and Hadoop environments.
• Gather and refine business and analytical requirements.
• Design target data models in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) according to the Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
• Create documentation, source-to-target mappings, and functional and technical specifications.
• Define data transformation rules and support migration processes to GCP.
• Collaborate with architects, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in testing, solution validation, and data quality monitoring.
