• University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Experience with SAP Supply Chain Management modules, particularly Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Good understanding of warehousing and material flow processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and perform functional analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working closely with business and development teams.
• Analytical mindset with ability to provide technical recommendations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Very good English and Polish communication skills.

Nice to have:

• German language skills.
• Academic background or additional education in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Experience working in international environments and cross-functional teams.

• Act as a Senior Consultant within the Supply Chain team for Bosch Rexroth, supporting warehousing and material flow processes.
• Serve as a process expert for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Clarify requirements with process experts and business stakeholders.
• Conduct functional analyses and prepare functional requirement specifications.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation in cooperation with business teams and Lead Developers.
• Prioritize backlog items with the Process Delegate, considering business, technical, and economic needs.
• Support decision-making regarding custom developments with technical assessments and recommendations alongside Lead Developers.
