Wymagania
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including strong expertise in GRC/IRM modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk).
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end ServiceNow IRM implementations.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX).
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
- Ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
- Professional English and Polish communication skills enabling effective collaboration in international environments.
Obowiązki
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions for enterprise clients.
- Analyze governance, risk, and compliance requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions.
- Configure and optimize Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk processes within ServiceNow.
- Conduct workshops with business and technical stakeholders, providing best-practice recommendations.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and effort estimations.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to ServiceNow capability development.
