UX/UI Design Intern

Flying Bisons is a leading Strategic Design & Digital Consulting company based in Warsaw, with projects across Europe and the Middle East. Their projects involve enterprise platforms, government services, and corporate ecosystems used by millions, including national workforce platforms, education ecosystems, banks, telecoms, and international brands.

• Students or recent graduates in design, digital media, psychology, IT or related fields.
• A portfolio showcasing personal, university, freelance, or commercial projects.
• Good knowledge of Figma.
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Self-organization and attention to detail.
• English and Polish at communicative level, B2/C1+.

Nice to have:

• First experience in UX/UI, research, prototyping, or interface design.
• Interest in digital products, startups, and new technologies.

• Take part in real commercial UX/UI projects.
• Create user interface concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Support the design process from discovery to final delivery.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, researchers, strategists, and data analysts.
• Learn industry best practices through hands-on experience.
• Receive mentorship and regular feedback from an experienced designer.

Candidates must be able to cooperate on either B2B contract or Student Contract. The internship is paid and lasts 3 months, with hopes to extend cooperation. Consent for personal data processing and use of AI tools in recruitment is required. The role is remote and requires clear communication and delivery of agreed project outcomes.
